The SEAT GO! Programme is an online communication and recognition system for the thousand plus internal sales, service and after sales staff in the SEAT UK Dealer network.
Indeprod designed and managed the architecture and infrastructure behind the programme and provided direct user support. Rewards redemption used Red Letter Days, John Lewis, M&S, Boots and JJB Sports vouchers.
Go! Needed to be 'paperless' with a simple online interface, but had to be multi-level, secure and robust – supported by one real-time, central database for communication, mailings, user status, league tables, client administration, reporting, redemption and generation of the website.
Dealer staff were energised and encouraged to participate via an exciting launch film distributed on DVD.
