The Nutritional HealthCare field force needed to rise to the challenge of change and embrace a new 'Team Power – Brand Strength' message. The conference delivered the key messages via plenary overview, extensive task-based breakout sessions, and team feedback presentations.
Tasks included production of TV and radio commercials, plays and newspapers as a ´communications check´ and team-building exercise. The event was hosted and facilitated by an external presenter who encouraged the delegates to take risks and be creative.
