ExxonMobil country managers were encouraged to be more focused on customer service and to go 'One Step Beyond' to help move the business forward. Indeprod produced this live event in Cape Town for 200 managers and their partners.
Highlights included the Disney Institute's presentation of their renowned Customer Service Model while individual countries produced Customer Service Heroes videos. The event theme and design became a cornerstone of the client's customer service initiatives.
Indeprod produced post-event, multi-language multimedia CD-ROMs for country managers to cascade the event messages.
